A little bit about me

My photo
Boise, Idaho, United States
I am a mother of three wonderful girls and a birth-mom to a wonderful young adult. I am my husband’s girlfriend, and I feel so blessed that he and I found each other. I believe he is my soul mate.

I fell in love with the art of photography in the early 80's when my dad handed me his Nikon camera and asked me to take a picture of him and my mother. The camera bug got me.

I am a natural light photographer. I love the way the sun looks on our skin, our hair, and our earth. That is why I use the light God gave us.

Here are a few shots from June the 8th I am late posting them. I was just out & about that night with my husband & we ended up near Banks Idaho on the Lower Payette River. The river was flowing at its highest ever in over 20 years. I enjoyed the excitement of this shoot for at the end of it I was shaking with adrenaline as if I was the one on the wild ride of the Payette River. Well take a look and see for your self just how wild their ride was.

Children

So Today I had the most wonderful photo shoot! I love this family, they are so much fun to photograph. I think my favorite part about todays shoot was when one of my little sweet models fell and wanted me to kiss her booboo....

I will post a few of my shots from today only because the man who the shoot was for is not a fan of this blog... This was a Fathers Day shoot and we are going to make a book of it. I just love how a lot of these shots turned out I can't pick a favorite shot. My models are beautiful and just as sweet as apple pie.

Take a look.....

These are just a couple of photos from my I Heart Face's Photo walk across america.
20 States Had up to 20 photographers participate. Boise Idaho had about 16 Photographers
come to Julia Davis Park and walk. I had a wonderful time getting to chat with other Photographers of
all levels from all around the Boise area. We did have one Photographer from Colorado join us. Why Colorado was not joining in the walk I am not sure, but she planed her vacation around this photo walk.
I will post more as I go over them more. I really am trying to get a web page made so that has taken my priority's for the moment. I hope you enjoy these simply photographs from my walk.

Okay so I was enjoying the sunshine this evening and got a wild hair to shoot my daughter. With the camera of course. Sigh teen agers, she gets so distracted so easy. I got a lot of shots with the whites of her eyes showing cause she was looking at the hot young men playing volleyball. Teens?
so I was working on a few of the good ones and will post more in tomorrow, as it is to late to stay up and work on them now. So here is a taste of my silly teen. Above is my princess in her volleyball uniform.

I spent my evening at the Boise Veterans Cemetery paying my respects to the many men and women who have served this great nation. I spent a good deal of time looking at everything throw my lens of my little camera. Below I share just a few of what I saw in my lens.
